I strongly believe that you are what you eat; good training can only be effective if based on the right nutrition. 80% of your overall health training will be focusing on intake. Since I'm only your licensed Personal Trainer, you should consult a nutritionist, but I would love to give you some basics that will improve the positive outcome of our relationship.

Pascal is an intuitive, enthusiastic and business focused Person. 

 

Pascal has acquired both - great communication and people skills - from working not only as a licensed Paramedic and Pilot, being an employer of several international businesses, but also by playing and teaching professional basketball in Germany in the 80s and 90s. 

Pascal always loved playing in professional teams in Germany including the youth national team and traveled as a player and licensed coach thru different countries in Europe and Eastern Countries.  He coached several kids, women and adult teams thru his sport career.

 

In the 90s after his Civilian Service - alternatively to the 2 year mandatory Army - Pascal was working as a Paramedic , for the German Red Cross to finance most of his studies . He was working at that time together with surgeons in the Hospital, on the emergency ambulance car and in the emergency room.

He started his pilot career in Germany when he was 18 years old and finished it in 1993 as a Commercial Pilot in Plainview, Texas. Till today he logged several hundred hours in different configuration as Pilot in Command and Copilot in different Charter Companies.

Pascal returned to Munich, Germany in 1994 to study aeronautical engineering as well as business management and immigrated back to USA in 2000.                                    

Besides being a Broker in Real Estate since 2002 and Ecopreneur/ CEO of Solution Hybrid LLC (Compressed Air Motor Design) he loves all kinds of sports as well as restoring cars.

Effects of Mucoid Plaque on mind & body health

 

Mucosa is mucus formed to trap harmful substances and keep them from penetrating into the tissue. The natural mucus is needed for lubrication in the elimination of waste. Some foods create mucus that adds to the propagation of bacteria or pathogens. An excess of mucosa in the stools causes clumping of the feces and constipation. Dysfunction occurs when the mucus becomes stagnant and putrefied which keeps building up layer upon layer. It then becomes another source of infection, irritation, abscessed, and ulceration on the walls of the large intestine. The toxins created will be absorbed into the blood. This condition also inhibits the absorption of nutrients and water.

High colonic irrigation colon cleansing is a safe and simple method that removes old petrified fecal matter and years of toxins and accumulated waste lining the walls of the large intestine. Removing the accumulated buildup improves colon function and other normal functions and dramatically reduces the toxic load on the liver which enables healing throughout the body to be accomplished at a far more efficient rate with dramatically better mind and body health results than those therapies that do not include thorough colon cleansing and mucoid plaque removal.

Also - as I use - you can find a very effective Fiber: Psyllium Husk, like the one from HealthPlus at your local whole food store. It promotes a feeling of Fullness AND - with its high fiber contentes- cleans your colon. Combine with a lot of water, balanced diet and sufficient exerciseJ 

When the body suffers with chronic constipation, disease (cancer, diabetes, mold infection…), yeast overgrowth (Candida), irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), and diarrhea there can be reabsorbtion into the blood stream of toxins that should have emptied via the bowel. This is known as auto-intoxication or leaky gut. The consequence of this is that the other eliminative organs of the body have to deal with more toxins than necessary which reduces the odds of healing from any serious condition. Any conditions related to the kidneys, skin, lungs, brain, cardiovascular, nervous and lymphatic system can have their origins in a congested colon.

Since I do not take care of that part, you should consult a nutritionist, but I would love to give you some basics that will improve the positive outcome of our relationship.

1.      Drink water, lots of water, lots of good water, not faucet water! Use some 100% natural, no sugar added fruit juice, to give your H2O a little taste. Like Cranberry/Blackberry have great Detoxification values. Also if you eat organic (no pesticides in skin) Pineapple and citrus fruits, you can boil the left over skins, make your own beautiful tea and drink it all day long as Ice tea! They flush out a lot of Toxins! All this makes it so much easier to consume the amount of water you need! One bottle a day is just not enough. You need several bottles, especially if you exercise and steam-bath!

 

2.      When I became a vegetarian I lost around 5% of my body fat, my high cholesterol dropped immediately 15% down to borderline and my heartburns was limited to weekends. (Because of the weekly “screw it all day” you have to allow yourselfJ!)  Not to say you have to become a “veggie”, but the Human body/stomach/intestines were not made to be a carnivore. The Homo sapiens generally ate fruits, vegetables …. Just everything they could find or grow or what was not able to run away, fly away or climb on trees. The key was and still is: everything in proportion: Meat only ones a month or once a week, NOT 3 times a day! Just think about, what you eat in one day that has processed meat. Did you know that a natural slow growing chick normally takes 8-12 months to become a good tasty full grown chicken?  In comparison, the chicken meats we gobble are mostly fast-growing broilers (Cornish cross) of the conventional industry raced or should I say rushed with antibiotics and other chemicals. They reach 5 lbs. in less than 6 weeks, sometimes less than 30 days. Now how do you think this affects nutrition, health and taste of this animal protein? Now think about what other none meaty processed food you eat! Same there! There is a lot of fresh fruits, salads, vegetables etc… you can devour.

3.      Now the after workout protein shake, specifically as a vegetarian or vegan…. is most important. If possible take immediately (less than 2h) after the torture.

THE PERFECT SMOOTHIE
 
This smoothie, I call it "perfect" because has everything you need to eat before or after an intense workout.  Just be sure if you have it before exercising to drink it at least 45 minutes prior exercise, and if you take it after, you can have it almost immediately.....
Papaya is one of the best cleansers Mother Nature can give us.  Especially great for your liver, gastro intestinal track and kidneys, if you can include a couple of papaya seeds, it would be awesome, that is where the papaya enzymes are!
 
Recipe:
One to three cups of papaya chunks with seeds and/or
One or two banana(s)
One scoop of Soy or Whey protein powder (plain or vanilla flavor)
Two tablespoons of wheat germ
Two to three raw white eggs ( optional)
Two to three tablespoons of plain or vanilla flavor yogurt (optional)
Fill the blender up with orange juice or Soy Milk
 A hand full of all organic unsweetened coconut flakes (optional)

Add crushed ice, that makes it cold and more filling J
(Don't forget to put on the lid).
 
Blend until smooth....Enjoy!!!!!!!!

Step: 3

After you started to fuel your body right, let's start to put your factory to work! Now finally I come into Place ! 

At first we will meet for some Testing and Evaluation.

A)    Assess your current Fitness Level,

B)     Establish your goals and motivation. That includes a BMI test (Body Mass Index), Body Fat % Test, Body Composition Evaluation, and Flexibility Testing as well as a Muscular Strength/Endurance Check.

C)     Develop your exercise program: Lower Body, Cardio, Upper body, later on too Free Motion and Free Weights

 

With all these data's we then can finally build your customized Cardio &Strength Training Plan and we will have a lot of fun toning your body. Lean and Mean! :-)
